We want your Kordovan order to reach you fast and arrive perfect. Here is everything you need to know.

Delivery times and charges

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery timeframes exclude Sundays and public holidays, and begin from the day of dispatch rather than the day of ordering.

Payment

Cash on delivery is available nationwide, with no advance payment required — pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep. If you would rather pay online, card, Easypaisa and JazzCash are all accepted at checkout.

Order tracking

Your order ships tracked, door to door, with PostEx. As soon as it leaves us you will receive a tracking number by SMS, email or WhatsApp, and you can follow your parcel at any time at kordovanleather.com/pages/track-order.

Delivery attempts

The courier will attempt delivery and call you to arrange a convenient time. Please keep the number on your order reachable — for cash-on-delivery orders, having the amount ready helps the rider complete the delivery on the first attempt.

Changing your address

If your order has not shipped yet, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will update the address right away. Once a parcel is with the courier we can no longer change its destination.

International orders

Our standard delivery covers all of Pakistan. For international orders, message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange a quote. Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for free returns or exchanges; return shipping and handling are deducted from any refund, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
