Buying men's leather jackets in Pakistan

Every jacket on this page is made to order in our Karachi workshop — we hold no finished stock, so yours is cut to your measurements rather than pulled from a size run. Production takes time, and that is the trade we have chosen: fit is the one thing a leather jacket cannot fake.

Choosing your cut

Biker jackets have the asymmetric zip and belted waist — the most structured shape here, and the most casual. Bombers use a ribbed collar, cuff and hem, which makes them the most forgiving to wear and the easiest to size. Cafe racers are minimal, with a band collar and a straight centre zip; they are the only cut in the range that sits comfortably over a shirt. Vintage and distressed finishes arrive already broken in, and hide everyday scuffing better than a clean finish does.

What a leather jacket costs in Pakistan

Price is the fastest way to read what you are actually being sold, so here is the honest map of the market.

• Under Rs 8,000 — almost always PU or "bonded leather": ground-up scrap bonded to a fabric backing with polyurethane. It looks convincing for a season and then peels at the elbows and collar. Nothing at this price is full-grain hide, because the hide alone costs more than that.
• Rs 8,000 – 18,000 — the split-leather and thin-sheepskin band. Real leather, but the weaker under-layer of the hide, usually pigment-coated to hide the surface. It will last a few years rather than a few decades.
• Rs 22,000 – 35,000 — where our range sits, and where genuine full-grain and top-grain sheepskin begins in Pakistan. The hide, the lining, the YKK-grade hardware and roughly fifteen days of one maker's bench time are what you are paying for.
• Rs 60,000 and up — imported labels and designer names. Often the same class of hide, with the brand carrying the difference.

Our jackets run Rs 22,000 to Rs 35,000. We do not discount them into the band below, because we cannot make one at that price without changing what it is made of.

Getting the size right

The most common mistake is buying for September and wearing in January. Order to the measurement chart rather than your usual shirt size, and if you are in Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi or anywhere further north, allow room across the chest for a sweater underneath. In Karachi and Hyderabad a lined jacket on its own carries most of the season, so a closer fit works.

What the leather is

Full-grain sheepskin throughout — lighter and softer than cowhide, and what most fashion leather jackets use. It is finished, not printed, so the grain stays irregular and the tone shifts slightly across each hide. Two jackets in the same colour will never be identical, which is rather the point.

How payment and delivery work

Payment is taken in full online at checkout — credit card, debit card or JazzCash. Each jacket is cut for a single customer and can never be resold, which is why we ask for it upfront and why cash on delivery is not offered on made-to-order pieces.

Allow about three weeks from checkout to your door. Winter is our busiest season and the bench is full, so we would rather quote you honestly than promise a date we cannot hold. Delivery is free, and every jacket carries a lifetime craftsmanship warranty: if stitching or hardware fails in normal use, we repair or replace it.
