7-Day Returns
You may return any unused item in its original condition within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. The product must be unused, with all tags and original packaging intact.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us on WhatsApp at +92 333 260 1161 or email admin@kordovanleather.com with your order number.
- Our team will confirm your return and share the next steps.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or store credit.
Exchanges
Want a different colour or model? We are happy to exchange your item, subject to availability. If there is a price difference, it will be settled at the time of exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.
