Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Timeframes exclude Sundays & public holidays.
How to Pay
Ready-made pieces — wallets, bags, belts, hats and accessories. Pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep, available nationwide with nothing in advance. Prefer to pay online? Credit card, debit card and JazzCash are all accepted at checkout.
Made-to-order pieces — all jackets and all footwear. These are paid in full online at checkout, by credit card, debit card or JazzCash. Cash on delivery and bank transfer are not available on them, and will disappear from checkout automatically if one is in your cart.
The reason is simple: a made-to-order piece is cut and stitched for one customer, to their size, over 4–7 working days. It is not taken off a shelf and it cannot be put back on one. Payment is what starts the cutting.
If your cart mixes both kinds, the whole order is paid online — an order can only carry one set of payment terms. Every made-to-order product page says so above the Add to Cart button, so there are no surprises at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by SMS or email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way — right to your door.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking number as soon as it leaves us.
Do you ship internationally?
Our standard delivery covers all of Pakistan. For international orders, message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange a quote.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
The courier will attempt delivery and call you to reschedule. You can also coordinate a convenient time directly with them using your tracking details.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll update it right away.
