Order & Delivery Policy
At Kordovan, we want every order to reach the right person in perfect condition. Please read the following before placing your order.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan as a convenience for our customers. When placing a COD order, please ensure:
- Your contact number is correct and reachable at time of delivery.
- Someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
- You genuinely intend to receive the order before placing it.
Our team may call to confirm your order before dispatch. Please answer this call to avoid delays.
Prepaid Orders
We accept bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and all major credit and debit cards. Prepaid orders are processed with priority and are less likely to experience delivery delays.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it at admin@kordovanleather.com or +92-333-260-1161. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because no one was available or the order was refused at the door, the parcel will be returned to us. A re-delivery fee may apply for a second attempt.
Repeatedly placing and refusing orders without valid reason may result in future orders being restricted to prepaid payment only.
