Shipping
What are your shipping charges?
Shipping is free on all orders within Pakistan. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
How long does delivery take?
Orders within Pakistan are typically delivered in 3 to 5 working days. For international orders, delivery times vary by country. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship to all cities in Pakistan?
Yes. We ship nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders across Pakistan, as well as bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and all major credit and debit cards.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation message with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel in real time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, but please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered our fulfilment process, we may not be able to make changes. Reach us at admin@kordovanleather.com or +92-333-260-1161.
Why did I receive a call to confirm my order?
For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may call to confirm delivery details and ensure accuracy. This helps us serve you better and avoid delays.
Products & Leather
Is your leather genuine?
Absolutely. We use only genuine full-grain cowhide, crazy horse leather, and sheepskin — the highest grades available. All leather is sourced and crafted in Pakistan.
Will the colour look exactly as shown on screen?
Screens display colours differently, and genuine leather is a natural material — slight variations in shade and texture are part of its character, not a defect. Your piece is unique.
The leather looks different from the photo. Is something wrong?
No. Genuine leather develops its own character over time. Slight differences in grain, tone, or finish are normal and actually a sign of authentic leather. This is what makes each Kordovan piece one of a kind.
Do you offer personalisation or monogramming?
Yes, for select products. Contact us before placing your order at admin@kordovanleather.com to discuss your options.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact. Personalised or monogrammed items are non-returnable.
How do I start a return?
Email us at admin@kordovanleather.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the rest.
What does your Lifetime Warranty cover?
Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects in stitching, hardware, and structural integrity. It does not cover normal wear and tear, surface scratches from daily use, or damage caused by misuse, water exposure, or improper care.
How do I claim the warranty?
Contact us at admin@kordovanleather.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess and respond promptly.
Corporate & Gifting
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Yes. We work with businesses and organisations on bulk orders, branded gifting, and corporate collections. Email us at admin@kordovanleather.com for pricing and customisation options.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes. Gift packaging is available. Simply mention it in your order notes at checkout and we will take care of it.
